Digital Products: Ebook sales are final once the file has been delivered, except where required by law or under the exceptions below.

Exceptions: We will replace or refund if you did not receive the file within 24 hours and support could not resolve it, or if the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.

VIP Membership: Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date. Requests are reviewed case-by-case.
