Welcome to Ivenore (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by VICKS AUTO LLC. These Terms govern your use of tryivenore.com and any products or memberships offered.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Ivenore
Ivenore is an online ebook store. All products are digital ebooks.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older.
3. VIP Membership
The Ivenore VIP Membership is a recurring subscription billed at $39.99 USD every 28 days.
Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize Vicks Auto to charge the payment method on file $39.99 every 28 days.
How to Cancel:
- Log into your account at ivenore.com, or
- Email support@ivenore.com with the subject “Cancel Membership – [Your Order/Email]”
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for the current period unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.
4. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards. You agree to pay all charges incurred.
5. Digital Delivery
Ebooks are delivered as PDFs to the email address used at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email.
6. Refunds
Ebook sales are final once delivered, except as stated in our Refund Policy. Membership refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the billing date and reviewed case-by-case.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including ebooks, is owned by or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for personal use only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vicks Auto’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
