Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all ebook sales are final once the file has been delivered, except where required by law or under the limited exceptions below.

Digital Products
Ebooks are delivered instantly by email and cannot be returned once accessed. We do not offer refunds on standard digital purchases.

Exceptions
We will issue a refund or replacement if:

• You did not receive your download within 24 hours and support could not resolve it, or
• The file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Contact support@ivenore.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number.

VIP Membership
Membership charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date. Requests are reviewed case-by-case. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current period.

Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with full transaction and delivery records.
